missingWrote a review on Dec 03ineffective air conditioningpoor cleanliness
The air conditioning was utterly ineffective, and every room was sweltering at around 30°C. Despite the heat, the staff's English skills were lacking, making communication frustrating. To top it off, the cleanliness was severely lacking, with stains on the linens and curtains. This hotel felt more like a budget motel than a four-star establishment.

Great location and friendly staff!
I stayed for 3 nights with my family and really enjoyed it! The room was super clean and spacious. The location is a win, just a quick walk to the bus and subway. The front desk crew were really nice and helped us with everything. Only bummer was the gym, it's pretty basic.

Cleanliness stood out during my stay, with excellent housekeeping ensuring a tidy environment. The location offers great accessibility, near Mapo station and plenty of local dining options, including quick access to a favorite fried chicken spot just minutes away. While the room for triple occupancy felt a bit tight, it was still comfortable for twin sharing. One minor issue arose with the water boiler, but the prompt response from staff in providing a replacement was commendable.

Business travelers will find it practical
The location was excellent for getting around, right by the subway and the airport bus stops nearby. The staff was genuinely helpful-especially the concierge, they got us a reservation at a nice restaurant when we thought we were out of luck after a long day.
The price wasn’t cheap, but still acceptable for the quality we got.
